New Skills
Pass Plus

After you’ve passed your driving test
Even after 40 to 80 hours of driving lessons and a successful driving test, a person is still inexperienced. Due to that lack of experience, statistically they are the most likely to be killed or seriously injured (KSI) on the road. Our Pass Plus course can give you some extra experience and there’s no test to take at the end!

Why you should take Pass Plus
Clearly the last thing anybody wants is to have a collision. So what are the options for reducing the chance of being involved in a crash? The course will enable a less-experienced driver to gain further confidence and experience after passing their driving test in Bournemouth and Poole, including an increased understanding of how to reduce the risk of collisions.
A bonus is that some insurers may still give a discount to those who have successfully completed the course.
There is NO TEST to take to complete the course. Your instructor signs-off the training and sends off for your certificate.
The course takes 6 hours and you will receive in-car tuition on:
- Dual carriageways
- Motorway driving
- Rural roads
- Complicated city situations
- All weather conditions
- Night driving
Speak to your us about the course once your practical test is booked. Here’s a link to gov.uk to learn more about the scheme.

Not necessarily. Some years ago it was the norm to get an insurance discount having completed a Pass Plus course, but nowadays very few insurance companies recognise Pass Plus for the purpose of offering a discount, in the same way that very few still offer a discount for other advanced driving qualifications.
That said, Pass Plus is still a mark of safer, more experienced driving. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to see if they are willing to offer any discount.
No. There is no test to sit. Your DriveAll Driver Training Co. instructor signs off your training sheet and sends it off. You are then sent your certificate.
